  • What Other Services Are Offered?

    We offer diagnostic services, internal medicine, primary care, employment screening, drug testing, x rays, blood tests, chronic disease treatment, flu clinics, STD screenings, addiction medicine, blood pressure checks, sick visits, minor procedures, etc. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment or stop by one of our 2 locations. Same day appointments accepted.

     

  • What Are the On-Site Lab Hours?

    Our lab is open during clinic hours. We do not accept orders from outside physicians for lab or x-rays.

  • Are You Accepting New Patients?

    Yes, our providers are accepting new patients. Please call our office to schedule an appointment.

  • Which Holidays Are the Office Closed?

    The office is closed on the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We may have reduced hours on the other holidays. Please Contact Us to verify our hours.

  • What Is Your Procedure for New Patients?

    First, contact your previous provider and obtain a copy of your medical records. Then schedule an appointment with one of our providers. This will establish you as a patient in our practice. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete the necessary paperwork. Be sure to bring a list of all your current medications and any medicine allergies.

  • What if I Have a General Health Question?

    If you are an established patient, you may contact a nurse or medical assistant during our office hours. They are available to assist with any adult or pediatric question and it may be determined that you need to be seen. Usually, a same-day appointment can be made if necessary.

  • What if I Have a Medical Emergency?

    Please dial 911 for a life-threatening emergencies or go to the nearest hospital – emergency department for treatment. We are not equipped to handle major medical emergencies. These include severe abdominal pain, chest pain, and severe headache. If you are concerned that you or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke, please call 911.

  • What Types of Health Insurance Plans Do You Accept?

    For your convenience, we file most types of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.  You may call the patient service phone number on your insurance card to ensure that our practice participates with your plan.

  • What if I Am Late for My Appointment?

    Please contact our office to let us know you are running behind schedule. We will do our best to accommodate you. Patients arriving 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or reschedule. This ensures that all patients are seen in a timely manner.
